Pay Rate: 50-55

Insight Global is hiring for a Data Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This Data Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations organization within the Business Integration team. This Data Analyst is supporting analytical needs for the Proactive Customer Service Program. This data analyst will support all data analytics by being able to identify gaps, trends and opportunity in the data/ processes to improve the customer experience. Day-to-Day duties of this analyst will be validating data during launch of projects to support measurements of success and ensure selected target customers return highest ROI while post launch evaluating opportunities and supporting future Proactive Service phases. Furthermore, this Data Analyst will spend 40% of their time within data analysis, 30% analyzing success of programs to ensure targeting highest ROIs, 20% creating visualization, reports, and PowerPoint decks for executives, and 10% identifying opportunity and automation.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Data Analyst experience

  Strong experience with SQL and/or MicroStrategy for gathering, analyzing, and pulling data

  Creating visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI

  Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentation decks to executives

  Prior experience using creating process flows using Visio or Lucid Charter

Bachelor's Degree Telecommunication Experience null
