ManTech Enterprise Architecture Specialist in Stafford, Virginia

ManTech is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Specialist in support of the Marine Corps in Stafford, VA.

This individual will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining operational baseline network diagrams for USMC bases, posts, camps, and stations. These diagrams capture the current operational baseline configuration of key Marine Corps locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with modeling tools and a good understanding of network technology and concepts. Foreign travel will be required to inventory, trace, and map out network systems, configurations, and connectivity at USMC data centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate operational baseline diagrams for various installations using Cameo System Modeler.

  • Understand and document the network infrastructure and related systems at USMC locations.

  • Work closely with enterprise architects to ensure diagrams are in alignment with overall architectural goals.

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather information and validate diagram accuracy.

  • Ensure all models are up-to-date and reflect any changes in the operational environment.

  • Travel to USMC locations domestically and internationally to conduct on-site assessments.

  • Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on modeling progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of experience to include the below (Additional 4 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree)

  • Experience with modeling tools such as Cameo System Modeler, Visio, or similar.

  • Basic understanding of networks, network technology, and concepts.

  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles.

  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: UML, SysML

  • Modeling/diagramming experience with modeling and diagramming tools: Visio, Dassault Systems Cameo modeling tools, Casewise or ErWIN EA, Sparx EA,

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of DoD and USMC structure a plus

  • Knowledge of Marine Corps concepts, practices, procedures, systems, and interfaces.

  • Prior experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or USMC operational environments.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks a plus: Zachman, DoDAF, UAF, UPDM, BPMN

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel significantly, including international destinations.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Top Secret / SCI security clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $79,300-$133,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
