Dealer Integrated Services (PDR) Technician - Paintless Dent Repair in Stafford, Texas

Responsibilities and Duties:
Travel to client to perform paintless dent repairs (PDR)
Establish and maintain customer relationships
Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company provided technologies
Effectively communicate clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews
Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain company provided tools and additional equipment per company standards
Required Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of paintless dent removal experience
High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and social security card
Must have checking/savings account or pay card with routing numbers for ACH
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
Successfully complete criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
Post high school training and/or education
At least one year of automotive reconditioning and/or detail experience
