Job Title: Manufacturing Admin

Job Description

A pipe and valve manufacturer is hiring for a production coordinator. The role involves receiving Purchase Orders, developing plans with fabrication supervisors to coordinate the production schedule, managing inventory, and replenishing supplies. The coordinator will work within the ERP system, audit workflow, financial metrics, and production metrics, create reports, and facilitate communication between floor-level managers and upper management.

Requirements

• Computer experience

• Shop experience

• Inventory Management (planning and replenishing supplies)

• Audits

• ERP knowledge

• Manage and coordinate Material Test Reports (MTRs)

• Must be skilled in Microsoft office applications - spreadsheets/powerpoint/etc

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Stafford, Texas.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment, clean. Non-climate controlled but equipped with large fans. Includes an assembly/fabrication side as well as a warehouse distribution side. About 12 total shop employees currently. Skillsets include CNC machinist, QC Technician, Manufacturing trainer, Assemblers, and Machine Operators. Required attire includes steel toes, jeans, work shirt, safety glasses, and high visibility vest. 1st shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon-Fri. Overtime and weekends are possible based on production but depend on specific projects.
