VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Website Marketing Manager to join our DTC Marketing team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

The Website Marketing Manager will be shaping the Web marketing strategy from planning to execution, providing new compelling digital content for Brand & Product MKTG Campaigns.

In his/her role, he/she will be reinforcing the brand image by presenting Vans in a coherent and effective way to the online audience, with the ultimate goals of ensuring a seamless user experience on all devices and fuelling online sales and conversion.

The position will work closely with the entire DTC MKTG Team as well as the eCommerce, Brand MKTG teams and other cross-functional teams within the brand.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Manage the delivery of the overall E-Commerce marketing strategy

  • Ensure that the detailed marketing plans are aligned with the overall marketing strategy in terms of brand presentation, consumer experience, and integrated marketing strategy for the company

  • Provide guidance, advice, and training of direct reports

  • Ensure Go To Market execution plans and Global Marketing Alignment.

  • Plan, manage, and track high volume assets throughout the regional production process with creative department / external agencies, and facilitate timely delivery, ensuring the content workflow process is executed appropriately within the Website Marketing Team.

  • Manage and maintain In-Season content calendar.

  • Manage Global Website marketing content adaptation for regional needs and integrate them whenever necessary.

  • Manage translation activities with translation agency and internal clients.

  • Assist in the analysis of digital performance, providing comprehensive reports of Vans Website marketing activities.

Relationships:

  • Internal: EMEA Marketing Team, E-commerce Team, Product and Retail Department, Vans local offices and distributors in EMEA.

  • External: Digital agency, translations agency and other key suppliers.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria

  • Generally 5-8 years of progressive experience with 3 years of managerial experience

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Exceptional Computer skills.
