Title: Administrative Assistant

Qualifications:

· 1+ Years of experience Administrative Role

o Adoption Agency, Foster Care, or Mental Health Facility preferred, but not required.

Overall Responsibilities: Please note you will be trained on the following tasks if not familiar

· Manage and respond to all Intake calls.

· Participate in the daily calls.

· Manage all documentation related to Intake placements, Vacancy Control, Connections, and other reporting/data maintenance requirements

· Work with the Agency’s Intake Department regarding all areas of utilization.

· Maintain logs for all intake related activities (type of referrals, placements etc.) Prepare monthly reports documenting intake placements.

· Other duties assigned by Family Foster Care Management.

· Manage and update FFC weekly vacancy list.

· Verify admission information from referral source.

· Maintain accurate record of referrals received and intake related activities.

· Process paperwork for new admissions.

· Disseminate admission information to medical, accountability and mental health unit on a timely basis.

· Routinely update Connections/bed maintenance/Vacancy Control database.

· Attend monthly internal Foster Parent meetings.
