Jabil Quality Inspection Lead 2nd Shift - Bryan Dairy in St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida

JOB SUMMARYTo direct, coordinate and review all activities of the quality assurance inspectors & processes in manufacturing, and in other applicable areas as required.

To ensure adherence to quality standards by coordinating audits on manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include evaluating process efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting findings. Collaboration with stakeholders to develop corrective action plans and monitor their implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct, coordinate and report on a regular basis process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Supervise and coordinate inspection personnel.

Provide leadership, training, and guidance to inspectors.

Maintain inspection schedules and prioritize activities.

Implement quality improvement measures.

Document audit and inspection activities.

Communicate findings and corrective actions effectively.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

2 year of experience in process auditing and inspection.

Knowledge of quality management principles, Jabil tools, R&R, quality inspections.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

IPC-A-610 experience highly desirable
