Monitors alarm and CCTV systems, receives and communications routine and emergency calls to first responders, responds to all security service requests and dispatches appropriate personnel, transmits orders and instructions to internal and external security personnel, tracks all security related transactions, operates radios, badging software and communicates clearly with the highest level of customer service, performs other work-related duties as directed by tour commander or director of security.

Minimum qualifications:

High school diploma, completion of entry-level security training and/ or emergency response course (911 course) or have over one year working in a call center or dispatch like environment.
