The RN II demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in the management of nursing care. Demonstrates focused critical thinking, integrates multi-system implications and provides anticipatory observation and management for predictable events. The RN II demonstrates interdisciplinary collaboration and an outcome-oriented approach to care. The RN II demonstrates unit-based leadership, fosters education and quality improvement activities to improve practice and patient outcomes.

Outpatient Specialty Services-Infusion Center
Pediatric Nursing experience greater than one year. IV experienced preferred. Hematology/Oncology preferred.
