Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to support Branch Admin Development Team by independently managing the development and implementation of Branch Admin Development programs. Proactively identify and develop comprehensive strategies that enhance the quality and impact of educational/training/development programs, resources/tools, processes and services. With autonomy, lead multiple large projects with significant scope and business impact, while managing ongoing program implementation and results. Provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Results are evaluated at agreed upon milestones for effectiveness in achieving specified results. Extensive contact with internal customers, stakeholders and partners, along with key external partners is required to identify, research, analyze, support and implement training and program reporting needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day implementation and ongoing development of 12 Branch Admin Development programs, including but not limited to: creating and delivering program content, building and maintaining program structure, overseeing program delivery, coordination, program communications, success measurement, and reporting.

  • Provide leadership in implementing program growth strategies, developing new programs, and maintaining / enhancing existing programs to meet dynamic branch needs.

  • Provide leadership in the day-to-day execution of programs in a way that aligns with the program vision.

  • Participates in establishing objectives and developing processes and procedures to ensure scalable, efficient, and timely work flows of Branch Associate Development programs and team, including but not limited to program coordination, program communications, and program scheduling.

  • Builds, manages, and enhances branch associate programs to maximize the impact, effectiveness and measureable results.

  • Committed to upholding program quality and consistency by performing oversight and ongoing management of all program coordination and delivery.

  • Develop curriculum and assets needed for virtual live, virtual on-demand, and live programming.

  • Lead the development of program content and maintenance by partnering with internal and external partners while leading teammates on Branch Associate Development conference, course and curricula creation.

  • Collaborates with PCG management and various department leaders to ensure that programs align with and advance the firm’s objectives.

  • Partners with educational resources and 3 rd party providers to leverage technologies and resources to best streamline processes, add business value, and deliver quality programming.

  • Supports, educates and offers solutions for Branch Management and branch associates regarding the Branch Associate Development team’s offerings.

  • Analyzes and assesses the branch associate audiences to identify competency, knowledge, talent gaps and needs. Under limited supervision, partner with key stakeholders and develop programs to address current and future development and education needs based on anticipated industry trends.

  • Plans, assigns, monitors, reviews, evaluates and leads the work of others on Branch Associate Development team.

  • Responsible for training, coaching, and developing Branch Education Consultants, overseeing consistent and quality delivery of, and contributions to all programs.

  • Ensures the quality of educational delivery and results by developing and maintaining appropriate processes for ongoing program development, maintenance, evaluation, and systematic program evaluation, analysis and reporting.

  • Develops resources, materials, presentations, and scripts.

  • Delivers key presentations at conferences, virtual events and leadership meetings.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience such as training, learning and development, coaching or program management.

  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
