Paychex Implementation Specialist - SurePayroll in St Petersburg, Florida
Overview
Responsible for successful implementation of new clients. Ensures that a quality product is delivered to the client, that the client receives full value from their product and that the product is utilized in accordance with its capabilities.
Responsibilities
Sets up new clients according to Surepayroll procedures so that client’s expectations are met and they can begin utilizing services by the date specified in their service agreement.
Assist in Gate keeping new sales kits as they are submitted to Implementation to ensure that the paperwork and sales kits are complete and accurate
Balances QTD/YTD wages and deductions and any related information to accurately reconcile client data as it is being loaded.
Researches and resolves client Sure Check rejections in a timely manner to optimize client experience and satisfaction.
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, sales, and coworkers to promote Surepayroll quality service image.
Other responsibilities include verifying bank changes, verifying phone numbers for MFA, setting up new states and EIN for existing customers, and handling entity changes
Scans kits into ORS for new and existing clients to ensure that Taxpay client documentation is available for future reference.
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma in
2 years of experience in Call center or support environment.
2 years of experience in Payroll experience.
