Gustavus Adolphus College Baker in St. Peter, Minnesota

Baker Dining Service Description Schedule = 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends (40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare baked goods including donuts, breads, pizza crusts, cookies, cakes, pies and specialty items Decorate baked products using piping, icing, airbrush and other techniques. Develop and prepare original recipes Work with and mentor college student employees.
