Hiawatha HomeCare has an immediate opportunity for a compassionate nurse to provide 1:1 care for our pediatric client, located in St. Paul Park! Requirements: Must have an active RN license in Minnesota. No experience necessary! Will train the right candidate! Position Summary: You would care for a teenage girl in her home. PRN hours are available. Pay: $31.00 - $40.25 per hour (DOE) Core Responsibilities: - Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care. - Provides advice & support to the client's family. - Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician. - Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs. - Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client. - Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.
