Ecolab is seeking a Senior Specialist to join its Experiential Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an event marketing professional to join a high-performing global marketing communications team, supporting internal incentive programming for key enterprise initiatives that motivate and engage our sales teams to accelerate growth. This rolewill be critical to engaging Ecolab's 24,000 sales-and-service team members who work across 40 industries at nearly 3 million locations in 170 countries. In this newly created position, there is ample opportunity to be innovative and creative, recommending new technologies and tactics to more effectively reach and engage our salesforce. This position is a key support role within the incentive programming planning team comprised of event marketing, corporate communications, and training leaders. Location: Ecolab Global Headquarters, St. Paul, MN What You Will Do: Provide experiential marketing support to develop and execute integrated communications and event marketing strategies to support commercial initiatives and field sales incentive programs. Event support for the global incentive sales planning team specifically managing logistics for custom incentive experiences Key contact for compiling pre-event communication and branded promotional materials, event-week details and point person for external and internal stakeholders and partners on a global scale. Develop program documents including budget tracker, timelines, run of show and winner communication materials. Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure they are aware of program details and have all run of show information for a successful incentive experience. Partner with creative agency on programming details ensuring winner communication and shipment information is correct and brand compliant offering ideas on how to integrate added experiential opportunities as needed to elevate the activation. Participate in weekly incentive planning calls and other key meetings as needed, to provide updates on progress, perspectives on future content and pitch new content. Support other recognition and global incentive projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field 3 years of event marketing experience in a corporate brand or creative agency setting Preferred Qualifications: Interest in custom hospitality event activations in the sports marketing industry Experience working collaboratively with international and cross-functional teams Experience working with and advising global business and sales leaders.
