Overview MSA has an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer at our St. Paul, MN office. You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. The work you will do Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Client relations Design of municipal infrastructure projects Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff Shared learning in a collaborative work environment
