An R&D Technician is needed for a biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm and multinational manufacturer of medical devices in the Arden Hills, MN area. This position will assist R&D teams in developing and analyzing products, materials, and processes through independent testing, failure analysis, and quality compliance.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Assist R&D engineers, scientists, and teams in product, material, process, or equipment development and analysis.

• Perform R&D bench testing independently, ensuring reliable and high-quality results.

• Work with written test methods and verbal instructions for test execution.

• Support the development of R&D test methods alongside engineering staff.

• Conduct device failure analysis and summarize experiment outcomes for engineering staff.

• Create datasheets, archive experimental data, and manage multiple work assignments from various engineers.

• Integrate quality requirements into all work tasks to ensure compliance.

• Build quality into all aspects of the job while adhering to organizational quality systems.

• Maintain compliance with all quality requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent experienc.

• With at least 1 year of related work.
