Number: PROJE002122 Schedule: Full Time Job Details Description Planning/Scheduling Construction Projects: Develop Baseline project schedules and Baseline manpower curves. Perform detailed review of the Contract to ensure the schedule and schedule management adheres to requirements. Collaborate with project teams to define scopes of work for the development and update of detailed schedules and -budget information. Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identify variances from the Baseline schedule and manpower curves, and track constraints that impact the projects. Analyze project critical paths and pinch-points to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around. Project Controls execution support: Establish a scheduling standard across the portfolio of projects. Change Management / Forecasting: Implement change management practices and appropriately capture associated schedule activities and overall impact evaluation. Reporting: Develop dashboards to communicate project KPI s and schedule performance to teams in real time. Implement a standardized suite of schedule reports that enable senior management to make data driven decisions. Risk Assessment: Work with key management to identify project risks and lead the schedule contingency management process for assigned projects. Participate in claims avoidance, if necessary. Relationships & Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. (Owners and General Contractors) Support Sales Process: As required, establish industry relationships to ensure project sales growth in the future Attend customer outings and events. Other tasks and duties: Other tasks and duties may be necessary due to project specific conditions, and as directed.
