Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
Synchrony is continuing to build a world class Performance Media and Creative Organization committed to driving results with our retail and payments partners while also delivering leading customer experiences. Within this organization, our Programmatic Media Team is focused on achieving growth by making data-driven decisions to create meaningful interactions with existing and potential customers. We are seeking a motivated Programmatic Analyst to serve as a hands-on-keyboard digital strategist, buyer, and analyst, supporting business units across the enterprise. This role will execute and optimize efficient programmatic and display paid campaigns including work within the Real-Time Bidding (RTB) environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
Runpaidprogrammaticdisplay and videocampaignexecution, optimization,and reportingacrossthe enterprise
Optimize campaign performancebased on key KPI’sacross RTB platformsand direct partnerships, striving to consistently refine tactics, audiences, and messagingtoproduceefficientresults forpartners
Owndaily/weekly reporting,developing client insights and analysis to inform our ongoing strategiesand meet businessneeds
Assistwithcampaign planning, providing strategic tactical recommendations based on proven performance informed by currentcampaigns
Monitorbrand safetyregularlyand optimizecampaigns to eliminatewaste
Implementtesting plan to get new learningsand improve campaignperformance
Document test-and-learn initiatives and shareinternallyacrossthebusiness
Collaborate with analytics,media ops, strategy and otherinternalteamson measurement, tagging,billingandreporting
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and 2+ years marketing experience
1+ yearsofhands-onexperiencemanagingprogrammaticcampaigns– actively workingwithinbuying tools at an agency orbrand
Must have executed campaigns within the Google Marketing Platform (CM, DV360, GA360, Google Ads) and 1 or more DSPs, includingTheTradeDesk, Verizon, or Amazon
1+ yearsagencyexperience;includingdevelopingand executingplansin a fast-paced environmentand consistently meetingdeadlines
1+years experienceensuringprogrammaticcampaign pacing, pulling reporting, monitoring performance and executing campaign optimizations.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience working on B2C andB2B campaigns;working in financial category aplus
Experience with Prisma or similar digital advertising management platform
Working knowledgeofthe technical build ofa programmatic campaign(biddingstructure,tagging,trafficking,deal creation,audience managementetc.)
Excellent teambuilding and collaborativeskills; flexibility to pivot with strategy, regulatory and market evolutionalongside cross channel teamstocreate holistic advertisersolutions
Advanced skillsinExcel and PPTare essential as well as strong business writingskills
Detail oriented and organizedwith the ability tojugglecompeting demands and effectively prioritizetasks
Strong aptitude for numerical detail and analytical thinking
Grade/Level: 09
The salary range for this position is 60,000.00 - 112,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Some positions are bonus eligible.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
