Duties Include: * Greeting and welcoming all patients and guests. * Checking in patients for their appointments. * Review health history and insurance. * Perform diagnostic testing for doctor’s examination. * Directing patient flow. * Answering and directing incoming calls. * Creating, retrieving and filing medical records. * Scheduling and confirming appointments. * Understanding of managed vision care plans and billing. * Verify patient insurance benefits. * Contact lens sales transactions and instruction of care. * Manage contact lens orders and inventory.
