Adjunct faculty members are an important part of our academic programs. Thank you for your interest in supporting Bethel's commitment to provide high quality learning experiences for our students. Compensation based on delivery method as follows: Online undergraduate - $1000/credit hour Hybrid or Face to Face Undergraduate -$1250/credit hour Online Graduate School - $1250/credit hour Hybrid or Face to Face Graduate School - $1500/credit hour Responsibilities Evidence of successful teaching for in-person classes at the graduate level is preferred, with content area expertise required.
