Randstad is seeking Loan Document Reviewers to join a large financial company in the area. If you have high attention to detail, have previous experience managing cases,claims and pipelines, let's connect and see if this role may be a good fit! M-F 8am-5pm Pay: $18-$20/hr *we pay weekly! Responsibilities

• Perform loan documentation review

• Ensure loans meet compliance requirements and are in accordance with the company's policies and procedures for loan products

• Manually working through spreadsheets in Excel

• Validating settlement agent information

• Conducting outreach to 3rd parties (sales or settlement agents) to request information or communicate needs

• Reviewing, analyzing and leveraging reports

• Manage an assigned pipeline
