Number: HUMAN002202 Schedule: Full Time Location: St Paul, MN 55102, USA Job Details Description The purpose of your role as a Human Resources Support Assistant As a Human Resources Support Assistant, you will perform a variety of professional administrative and project support tasks in support of the organization's human capital function. * General human capital administrative support and data entry * Employee work visa/immigration administrative support * Job description creation, revision, and research * Complete job evaluations and compensation analysis to market price roles * Talent acquisition support, including creating job postings, interview scheduling, and conducting phone interviews as needed * Project Support, including engagement survey results data coordination, various other projects for Human Capital team This is an on-site position based out of our St. Paul, MN office. Eligible for hybrid-remote work arrangement after initial training/onboarding period. What we're looking for in you * 2-3 years of solid working knowledge of human resources processes, administrative support, employment policies and laws * 2-3 years of proven organizational skills, detail orientation, clerical skills * 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite: must possess strong working knowledge/use * Associates degree in Business, HR Management, or other HR-related major required or equivalent years of experience. Bachelors degree preferred. * Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
