Allied National Services Experienced HVAC Technicians Needed in St. Paul, Minnesota

Allied Services is looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. Duties include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring system efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service. You ll work independently or as part of a team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) in residential and commercial settings Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability Recommend energy-efficient solutions and upgrades to clients Keep accurate records of services and repairs Comply with all safety standards and regulations Provide excellent customer service and explain system issues/repairs to clients Requirements: HVAC certification and licensing required Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical HVAC components Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment Ability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver s license with a clean driving record EPA certification is preferred Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods Allied National Services is a proud EOE.
