We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for aspiring EMTs. Due to recent expansion of services, HealthPartners Medical Transportation (HPMT) has several exciting new positions available. The EMT Trainee plays a critical role providing transportation services on our medical transportation vehicles while also training to become a certified EMT. No experience is required. If not already enrolled in an EMT program, department sponsored training will be provided over the course of a few months in this trainee position in order to become EMT certified. If already enrolled in a program, tuition reimbursement will be provided to help cover costs of training program upon completion. Minimum Requirements: Education: Accepted and/or enrolled into an EMT Training program or enrollment in a department-sponsored EMT training course within 6 months of hire. Must remain enrolled as a student in an EMT training program and progress towards graduation as a certified EMT or awaiting MN EMSRB certification upon completion. Experience: None required.
