Job Summary: As an Employment Specialist serving a caseload of job seekers in Washington County, you will support people with disabilities to gain and keep employment that matches their interests and skills. You will also serve as the primary contact for employers. This position works within the IPS (Individual Placement & Support) program model. Qualifications and Requirements: Solid communication skills, creativity, organization, and independent thinking skills. Driver's license and Motor Vehicle Check clearance along with access to dependable transportation required. BCA clearance required. Basic computer skills.
