This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul, MN and has flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work full-time in the office. If working a hybrid schedule, a telework arrangement with their supervisor is required.

As a DEI Organizational Development Specialist, you’ll coordinate and implement projects, events and activities in support of the agency’s diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities. You will assist in consulting, guiding, and coaching employees at all levels across the organization. Collaborate and work with leadership and staff to identify challenges, propose solutions, deploy resources, and measure effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Tracking the agency’s Unified DEI Plan.

  • Preparing and implementing agency communication to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Facilitating meetings to assess coaching and development needs.

Some travel is required for meetings and delivering presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

Three years of professional experience in diversity, equity, and/or inclusion work that demonstrates:

  • Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting information.

  • Experience using databases to monitor data and prepare reports.

  • Experience facilitating meetings with a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, etc.

  • Qualified Intercultural Development Inventory administrator.
