Position: Concordia Activities Board Programmer Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: 440580 -spr25 # of Openings: 5 Concordia Activities Board Programmer (CAB) Please note that this role is for the 2025-2026 academic year Essential Duties: Coordinates and organizes events open to the entire Student Body Assists in event management at CAB events Engages and invites students to attend all CAB events Holds two office hours a week to prepare for upcoming events and activities Attends weekly team meeting Acts and speaks in ways that support the Concordia University Student Body Constitution and the Mission Statement of Concordia University, St. Paul. CAB is particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience or wanting to grow in Social Media Marketing/content creation. Arrive to your shift on time and communicate schedule conflicts in advance Be open to constructive feedback and work on areas of improvement Participate in team-building activities with fellow staff members and student employees Complete all university requirements, including submitting timecards by the deadline for each pay period Qualifications Current undergraduate student in good standing as determined by the registrar upon appointment and throughout the entire term of service Have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA Must be available to work some weekends, Orientation, and Homecoming. Expected to participate in student leadership day, Monday, August 25th The training date will be mid-August.
