This includes: Campus Experience Management: Provide exemplary customer service and support in person, via text, phone and through email correspondence. Serve as the primary point person for scheduling and coordinating individual campus visits, campus tours, and group visits offered both in-person and virtually. Manage all visit communication and visit components (admission meetings, faculty meetings, Chapel, attending lunch, getting to and from places on campus, etc.) with our tour guides, guests and faculty, coaches, and staff. Consistent maintenance of campus visit data in the admission Slate CRM software. This includes detailed student visit data entry, data analysis, report generation and creation of correspondence. Cultivate partnerships with other departments to enhance the visitor experience. Admission Events Coordinator: Design engaging and informative events tailored to prospective students' interests and needs. Develop, implement, and manage event timelines, and logistics for all admission-related events, including large Admitted Student Day events, information sessions, virtual information sessions. Coordinate and collaborate with campus stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. Partner with academic departments, student organizations, and campus services to highlight CSP offerings and provide a holistic experience for prospective students and families. Oversee event registration communication and outreach for all admission events. Manage event registration and attendance tracking utilizing Slate CRM. Supervise Campus Tour Guides: Recruit, hire and train all campus tour guides. Maintain tour guide handbook, script, and tour routes to ensure accuracy and relevance. Manage the tour guide schedules to guarantee coverage for all scheduled tour shifts. Serve as the primary tour guide backup when there are no tour guides available. Support Department Functions: Assist with coverage and management of the Admissions Welcome Center front desk on a needed basis. Serve as the primary welcome center receptionist back up, including front desk coverage, and assisting with incoming phone calls during high volumes. Other programming duties as needed to assist in the recruitment goals of CSP.
