Randstad is looking for driven individuals to join our team as an OVERNIGHT Lockbox Banking Operations Processor in Shoreview, MN. This role is integral to supporting daily operations, with a good focus on precision in tasks like data entry, all while maintaining peak efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with team members. You'll follow established processes while managing routine client interactions and adapting to changing priorities with ease. Position: Lockbox Associate Location: Shoreview, MN 55126 Pay: $18/hour Shift Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (On-site, 5 days a week)

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am or until completion.

Overtime: All lockbox roles require flexibility for overtime. Some shifts may require an additional 1-2 hours beyond the scheduled shift end time, depending on workload.

Job Details: In the Operations Processor role, you will perform various clerical tasks focused on processing payments efficiently. Duties include opening, reviewing, sorting, and entering transactions into our proprietary system. Additional responsibilities may involve handling incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, and basic mathematical calculations. You will work under close supervision, following established procedures.

Requirements: Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. Previous experience in a production environment with quotas and standards is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Payment processing and/or data keying

• Preparing deposits

• Transaction negotiations

• Opening envelopes and extracting checks

• Logging, batching, and distributing work

• Scanning, preparing, and dispatching incoming and outgoing mail

• Following supervisor direction and escalating questions when necessary

• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks performed

• Adhering to security protocols in a casual dress code environment
