Robert Half HR Services is working with a client to assist with leaves of absence. This role is responsible for managing and administering the organization's policies and processes related to employee requests for medical or disability leave, job or schedule modification or other reasonable accommodation requiring specialized attention, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local leave and disability laws, and the Company’s short-term disability or long-term disability and worker’s compensation programs.
We are looking for candidates that offer extensive knowledge of STD, LTD programs and legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws. Along with working knowledge of worker’s compensation law, state and local regulations and other applicable state/federal statutes and regulations.
