Float Supervisor Schedule:
Direct Care: Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
(40 hours per week)
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
If this employee is able to give 50 hours of availability, they will be given a company vehicle OR a $100 monthly stipend
In this roll you will be making a difference by:
Floating to different residential group homes and completing their admin duties as well as direct care.
Providing quality health & financial services
Supporting individuals with daily needs and personal cares.
Scheduling and planning meals and activities
Scheduling and accompanying to medical appointments
Administering medications
Cooking and housework
Ensuring house safety
Transportation/supervision at community events
Coaching and mentoring staff
Maintaining proper documentation and logs of all consumer-based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies and regulations
To be considered for this position with us, you must have:
Previous supervisor or lead experience working with others
Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
Hold an acceptable driving record
Ability to cover shifts beyond your own as necessary
Strong English communication skills
Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
This is a full-time position, eligible for monthly phone reimbursement, PTO, 50%-70% premium for Medical and Dental Insurance and 401(k).
