Center For Diagnostic Imaging HR Solutions Representative I in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

As an HR Solutions Representative I, you will be responsible for timely response and follow up to team member and leader questions and inquiries related to cross-functional areas of HR. You will maintain the HR systems, prepare appropriate documentation, and process necessary paperwork. This position maintains processes and responses to frequently asked questions to be used as a guide in the solutions process. The HR Success Specialist will also focus on areas in which they are the subject matter expert (SME) and overall process improvement. The HR Success Specialist plays an important role in providing fellow RAYUS Radiology team members with a positive experience. This is a Hybrid position, once a week in office, Monday thru Friday, 9:30 AM - 600 PM CST. Essential Duties: (30%) Human Resources Support * Provides efficient and effective support and exceptional customer service to leaders and team members via telephone, email, and support tickets * Acts as a liaison between team members and HR Business Partners to identify trends and drives process improvement * Recommends new approaches, goals, objectives, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements of the HR department * Documents and updates HR processes for use in providing support, identifying process improvement opportunities * Tracks activity via support ticket for reporting, metrics and process improvement purposes * Assists team members with questions and tasks around benefits, payroll and LMS * Undertakes tasks around Year in Review and check ins * Stays abreast of current laws and assists with development and implementation of policies (25%) Human Resource Administration * Processes new hires, status changes (including confirmation letters) and terminations, monitoring for completion of required paperwork * Coordinates, processes and tracks leaves of absence (LOA) and state disability programs * Processes basic Unemployment requests * Processes employment verifications * Coordinates workers' compensation and tracks activity relative to first report of injury and other medical documentation as needed * Provides support through the acquisition process * Manages team member recognition programs (recognition and milestone awards) * Processes and manages company P-cards (15%) Employment Records * Assists with review of employment/benefit paperwork for completeness * Enters employment/benefit data into HRIS/payroll * Creates and maintains electronic employment files * Conducts audits as needed (15%) Systems/information management * Maintains data in HR systems and processes reports * Collects, audits, maintains compliance of all state and federal licensure and credentialing forms, as well as other required documentation * Maintains compliance and audits of Form I-9 * Monitors and updates employment law posters to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (10%) Talent Acquisition Support * Schedules strategy connect calls * Initiates the onboarding of new hires and monitors progress to ensure all required items are completed timely and new hire has a positive experience * Conducts new hire orientation (5%) Other Duties * Provides support with special projects * Will be expected to perform any and all related duties as assigned by manager Required: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Bachelor's degree Human Resources certification RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
