This role leads initiatives for the Population Health business. This business is a Value-based health offering that we deliver in partnership with various payers. The person filling this role must possess the ability to operate in a complex health delivery space which will require strong communication and listening skills, problem identification and solution development skills, including analysis, prioritization, and project management skills across a number of initiatives all at the same time. Position Functions and Responsibilities Partners with leadership to guide prioritization of initiatives and utilization of resources. Interfaces with senior management and stakeholders across the organization to gather support and ensure alignment amongst all impacted teams. Assists in the development of performance metrics, dashboards and management tools that clearly articulate the status of key activities ensuring timely and successful execution. Manages end to end activities related to initiatives. Resource allocation including budgeting and personnel assignment. Quality assurance, compliance, and risk management activities Regularly communicate initiative status with a broad audience. Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Change management relative to the scope, cost, or timeline of the initiatives under management. Leads, coaches and mentors the project team to enhance performance and professional growth. May include direct resource supervision. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure best practices. Champions continuous improvement within the project management team by reviewing and optimizing policies and procedures. Manages change in collaboration with impacted teams to minimize distraction and maximize value to the end user. Celebrate and champion Lifespark culture. Follow and implement Lifespark expectations for courageous conversations, honesty and integrity, transparency, and good intentions Qualifications 4-year college degree or equivalent experience Experience, training or certification in Project Management Experience, training or certification in process improvement methodologies. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting. Previous experience in leadership roles preferred.
