Our global risk model provides a flexible, home-based delivery system that meets clients where they are with a scalable approach intentionally built to meet the converging meta-trends in the senior health market.We are looking for team members who will continue to spark innovation to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered with our members to keep them off the rollercoaster of the current delivery systems. Qualifications Education A valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or certification as a Community Paramedic in the state of Minnesota. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Experience Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a human-centered approach to care. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant healthcare technology platforms. Valid Driver's License Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism in all client interactions. Preferred Qualifications Certification as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) desirable. Experience working in community-based healthcare or mobile integrated healthcare settings. Knowledge of local resources, healthcare systems, nd regulatory requirements in Minnesota.
