Qualifications Education A valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or certification as a Community Paramedic in the state of Minnesota. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Experience Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a human-centered approach to care. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant healthcare technology platforms. Valid Driver's License Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism in all client interactions. Preferred Qualifications Certification as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) desirable. Experience working in community-based healthcare or mobile integrated healthcare settings. Knowledge of local resources, healthcare systems, nd regulatory requirements in Minnesota.
