Vehicle Citations Coordinator!
Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. With more than 50 fully staffed offices nationwide, our team of experts can assemble a customized or full-service fleet management program that is just right for each business.
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining citation processing procedures including researching and identifying incoming citations from our Fleet Management clients, transfers of liability, citations payment, updating the citation database and becoming a knowledgeable resource for the internal teams.

Research and identify vehicles in relation to citations received
Receive, organize and process citations
Utilize agencies websites to issue credit card payments
Enter payment information into citation application
Prepare and send out transfer of liability letters
Prepare check requests and issue payment
Act as knowledgeable resource in matters pertaining to citations
Evaluate and take appropriate action for each citation based on group /customer preferences and company policy
Create efficiencies in transferring liability and payment of citations
Research and evaluate issues and make recommendations
Main point of contact for Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM) Groups on citations and New Vehicle Acquisition (NVA) Account Teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with contacts at municipalities, toll road authorities and collection agencies
Negotiate penalties and apply for refunds

Minimum Qualifications include:
Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience in a professional office environment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Must have relevant PC/Computer experience plus a working knowledge of multiple Microsoft programs including Excel and Outlook
Must be willing to accept $30,000-$33,000 per year (depending upon experience)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
