ManpowerGroup Technical Support Analyst (St.Louis) in St. Louis, Missouri
Our client, a leader in technology services, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of the Production Services department supporting daily operations and ensuring the stability of the technology platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO
Pay Range: $25.81 per hour
What's the Job?
Identify possible production failure scenarios and create incident tickets in the ticket tracking system.
Communicate effectively with development and internal business operations teams to resolve issues.
Maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services.
Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of technical issues using advanced query and programming skills.
Consult with end users to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications.
What's Needed?
Experience in technical support, Helpdesk, or electronic banking operations.
Strong technical skills with knowledge of ATM networks and various network protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under supervision on less complex systems issues.
