I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
Achieve an understanding of ICL’s global end to end supply chain, including import & export activities
Learn the processes for all domestic modes of transportation to support day to day operations
Become proficient at using Mercurygate TMS platform and other logistics systems
Gain familiarity with all steps of procure to pay processes to support vendor selection and management
Attain full visibility into supply chain network optimization and integration across all functions of ICL
Leverage existing KPIs to drive performance throughout the Supply Chain and lead new KPI development
Identify current manual routines with opportunity for process streamlining either through automation or technology driven solutions
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related degree
Completed sophomore year in college
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels of organization
Able to set priorities, manage multiple processes with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and other data manipulation and analysis tools
Able to relocate to St. Louis area
