    What You'll Do:

  • Lead, direct, and coach a versatile crew toward an efficient, effective, safe, profitable, quality outcome

  • Communicate expected results and limitations with customer

  • Sell add-on services, as appropriate

  • Clean carpet, upholstery, and hard surfaces to customer's satisfaction sing approved agents, tools, equipment, and procedures

  • Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time

  • Respond during on-call rotation and emergency rushes

    What it takes:

  • Safety - minimize all safety risks before completing tasks

  • Customer Service - relate to and build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve their concerns; communicate clearly; listen carefully with empathy

  • Mentoring - lead and train new technicians through hands on and verbal training; assist them with continuous improvement of their capabilities

  • Professionalism - approach others in a tactful manner; react well under pressure; treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status, position, or situation

  • Communication - greet and hold conversations in a friendly, respectful manner in a variety of situations
