What You'll Do:
Lead, direct, and coach a versatile crew toward an efficient, effective, safe, profitable, quality outcome
Communicate expected results and limitations with customer
Sell add-on services, as appropriate
Clean carpet, upholstery, and hard surfaces to customer's satisfaction sing approved agents, tools, equipment, and procedures
Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time
Respond during on-call rotation and emergency rushes
What it takes:
Safety - minimize all safety risks before completing tasks
Customer Service - relate to and build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve their concerns; communicate clearly; listen carefully with empathy
Mentoring - lead and train new technicians through hands on and verbal training; assist them with continuous improvement of their capabilities
Professionalism - approach others in a tactful manner; react well under pressure; treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status, position, or situation
Communication - greet and hold conversations in a friendly, respectful manner in a variety of situations
