This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while managing the payroll system, employee benefits programs, and related processes. Responsibilities

• Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees

• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks

• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and enhance benefits offerings

• Educate employees about benefits options and enrollment processes
