The Payroll and Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing the payroll processing and benefits administration of the organization. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while managing the payroll system, employee benefits programs, and related processes. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees

  • Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks

  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and enhance benefits offerings

  • Educate employees about benefits options and enrollment processes
