Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of scientists, design, develop and optimize formulations of chemical and biological active ingredients such as micro-organisms, proteins, peptides, plant extracts, nature-derived or synthetic chemicals, etc.

• Plan and execute formulation R&D experimentations under the guidance of scientists to address key challenges identified for a specific project and stage such as formulation and active ingredient physical-chemical characteristics, stability, compatibility, and biological efficacy, etc.

• Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe and efficient laboratory practices.

• Record and document all experimental information including procedures, equipment, conditions, materials, quantities and raw data, etc., and organize, analyze, summarize and report the final results.

• Conduct searches to gather relevant scientific information and actively contribute to innovative approaches to address formulation and delivery challenges.

• Maintain a clean and well-organized laboratory environment. Prepare and sterilize glassware and lab equipment. Monitor and manage inventory levels.

• Collaborate effectively with other team members and customers. Present experimental results and progress in group discussions and project updates.

-Viability testing experience required

-Crop Science background strongly preferred
