Jacobs Lighting Designer Intern - Summer 2025 in St. Louis, Missouri

As an Lighting Designer Intern at our St Louis office, you’ll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.

With direction from senior lighting designers, you’ll create drawings for the MEP systems with the focus on Lighting systems for various buildings design projects using Revit and Autocad software.

Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global, and local.

• Working on obtaining a bachelors’ or degree from an accredited program

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• US Citizenship is required

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• 3.0 GPA

• Rising Junior

• Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

• Basic knowledge of lighting design

• Working knowledge of a lighting software program like AGI32

• Self-driven time management and organizational skills
