• Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordinator, project management, or similar role. Experience in [industry or field, e.g., technology, construction] is a plus.- Skills:- strong organizational and time-management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Trello)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management- Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.Key Competencies:- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying issues and finding solutions to keep the project on track.- Team Collaboration: Work well within a team, fostering positive relationships and effective collaboration.- Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to changing project needs, timelines, and environments.
