Graybar IT Procurement Manager in St Louis, Missouri

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. seeks a full-time IT Procurement Manager in St. Louis, Missouri, to be responsible for the procurement of Information Technology (IT) assets and for IT budget development, reporting, invoicing, and tracking.

In this role you will:

Oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, negotiation, and contracting with On and Offshore outsourcing and staff augmentation organizations, as well as reviewing and negotiating IT Contracts an pricing for goods and services; review and recommend SLAs and KPIs for adherence to contracts and drive efficiency and to drive efficiency; reconcile/purchase/audit licenses; identify, lead, and oversee complex sourcing IT projects and personnel; oversee and manage the systems that track IT inventory and budgeting; collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop business cases for new technology; serve as a liaison to the Corporate Legal department on all Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and contracts; maintain a repository of active contracts and NDAs.

What you bring to t he table:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training or experience as determined by a qualified evaluation service in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field and 5 years of experience as a IT Procurement Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, IT Technical Manager or in a related occupation. Experience must include 3 years of experience with: Offshore IT staffing arrangements/pricing/contract negotiations/RFPs and procurement; defining and measuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs; reviewing/auditing IT license usage; and IT process definition and implementation.
