Description and Requirements
Manager, Fulfillment
The Fulfillment Manager will manage the warehouse’s daily project workload and supervise a team executing project objectives. As the Fulfillment Manager your primary objective will be to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of client projects. The Premium logistics center is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and precision. It is vital for the Fulfillment Manager to assist colleagues when necessary, be positive and helpful to ensure the smooth running of the team.

What will you do?
Oversee daily workflow; schedule and assign jobs for each team member
Outline, organize, and manage assigned projects
Resolve escalated issues and provide a daily report to senior warehouse management
Responsible for entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
Verifies that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards, and that order slips match and have the appropriate signatures
Keep team members informed about rules, regulations, policies, and objectives
Maintain detailed and accurate work records
Collaborates with the team to identify ways to improve department effectiveness; implements viable ideas
Assist with hiring, training and development of team members
Conducts performance evaluation that are timely and constructive
Implement methods and proper use of equipment handling, storing, maintaining and shipping materials
Performs other related duties as assigned

What skills should you have?
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least two years of related work experience required
Project management skills a plus
Expert in advanced MS Excel required (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
