ManpowerGroup Field Service Technician in St. Louis, Missouri

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their Missouri team. The ideal candidate will live in the St Louis, Missouri, area and be able to travel to locations throughout the US. Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO area US travel

Pay Range: $28-$36

What’s the Job? The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical customer support for all company equipment and accessories, including the installation of new machines, warranty repairs, and customer training.

What’s The Job?

  • Installation of new, updated and/or retrofitted filling equipment

  • Integration of all electrical and mechanical components and assemblies

  • Support application and systems software to meet customer expectations

  • Support Customer onsite production runs

  • Troubleshooting and resolution of equipment

  • Perform service based on agreed-upon customer requirements

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 5 or more years’ experience in a related field and industry

  • Advanced electrical, mechanical and pneumatic technical skills

  • PLC (Programmable Logic Control) controls. i.e.: Siemens S7 Series; Allen Bradley

  • Machine tool product knowledge

  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics and machine specifications

  • Availability for travel (70%) domestic and international to customer sites
