Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Document Controller in St. Louis, Missouri. The primary function of this role will be to ensure the accurate and efficient processing and entry of customer applications and information into our database system. This position will be based in a fast-paced work environment and will require the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer application information into the database system

• Ensure all customer records are maintained and updated as necessary

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed

• Learn and adapt to new systems quickly for efficient work flow

• Utilize accounting software systems for data processing

• Use Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu for document control and management

• Assist in auditing and budget processes as necessary

• Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu

• Knowledge and experience with Dcs

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Understanding and experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Budget Processes
