Position Description:

CGI has a need for an experienced Data Warehouse Lead to join our team in Madison, WI. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment in technology for human services.

This role can be performed from any CGI office location in our hybrid work environment. The preferred location is Madison, WI.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Detailed responsibilities of the DW Technical Lead role are listed below.

• Develop architectural strategies for data modeling, design, and implementation to solve business problems outlined in existing requests and proposals.

• Engage with business partners to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions.

• Design and implement enterprise Data and Analytics solutions for unique and complicated enterprise business problems.

• Use hands on experience building end-to-end data and analytics solutions in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and analytics to support the team with the development, documentation, and implementation of: Data models for transactional systems and/or reporting solutions ETL for analytics solutions and data migrations Data analytic and reporting solutions such as Power BI or Tableau End to end system testing Data quality metrics

• Lead solution design and architecture reviews of data models, ETL and Analytics solutions.

• Verify BITS standards for data modeling, ETL, and reporting and Tableau are being met.

• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions with appropriate Lead and/or Managers.

• Supports other team members and project workload as capacity permits.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

The resource qualification requirements for the DW Technical Lead role are listed below.

• At least five (5) years of experience developing full lifecycle Data and Analytics solutions.

• Hands on experience building end-to-end data and analytics solutions in the following areas: data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, and recommend solid technical solutions.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Experience in a data lead role.

• Experience managing scope, schedule, and quality of work to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain domain experts.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 76,300 – 133,500.”
