World Wide Technology Area Director, Strategic Resourcing in St. Louis, Missouri

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field

  • Strong knowledge of and proven experience with building and growing a high performing team.

  • 10+ years leadership experience in Staffing Leadership position

  • Strong financial management skills

  • International leadership experience

  • Strong relationship building experience

  • Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients

  • Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff

  • Creative and passional leader with a focus on both Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

  • Travel up to 10%
