Position Title
Account Manager, International Partners
Position Summary
The Account Manager, International Partners, is responsible for managing all U.S. TV rights and processing orders for international partners, including Filmbank and France. This role ensures accurate and timely data entry for short-form content while maintaining strong relationships with studio partners. The position requires collaboration across teams, including IT&D, Rights Administration, Accounts Receivable and the France Sales office to ensure efficient deployment of content and adherence to contractual agreements.
Responsibilities
TV Rights & Order Management for all U.S.
Oversee the television content for the entire sales organization by verifying rights and fulfilling requests.
Monitor the popularity of shows, viewership data and release dates and review findings with representatives from various markets monthly to discuss proactively ordering new seasons to meet anticipated requests.
Set up and manage TV rights in internal systems.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of short-form content details into the system.
Customer Service for International Partners
Enter and process title orders for France and Filmbank partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness which vary according to customer (daily, monthly, and/or quarterly orders).
Assist the France sales office with the creation of streaming portals.
Communicate order confirmations and respond to inquiries from customers.
Provide Accounts Receivable with the appropriate details for processing invoices.
Maintain the customer accounts and contacts in the CRM software, Dynamics 365.
Partner & Studio Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for Filmbank-related communications between studios, Swank, and Filmbank partners.
Work closely with the studio rights team to clarify agreements and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with IT to support product deployment for Filmbank partners, ensuring smooth technical integration.
Data Accuracy & Compliance
Monitor and verify rights and availability for international content.
Track and document updates related to rights administration, ensuring compliance with partner agreements.
Support the renewal process for studio agreements by providing accurate content and rights data.
Key Performance Metrics
Maintain accuracy in TV rights data and order entry for international partners.
Process all orders and updates within established turnaround times.
Foster strong relationships with Filmbank and studio partners through consistent, professional communication.
Contribute to successful renewal of all studio agreements by providing reliable content and rights data.
Requirements
Professional Requirements
Ability to learn the rights management software (GTMS), CRM (Dynamics), and order entry systems (AS400).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external customers, across teams and international partners.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
