What you'll do

We are looking for motivated working students to join our team to help to improve reporting of our services with the following tasks:

• Implementation of a new reporting tool

• Support the business blueprint definition

• Develop the respective tool and its analytical views with Analytics on SAP HANA on the SAP BTP Platform

• Support the testing and roll-out activities

• Extend and maintain existing reporting tools and provide end user support for the same

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.

• Preferred fields: IT, computer science, economics with programming and/or database background.

• Strong experience with SAP Fiori Elements, SAP CAP for Node.js, SAP HANA, SAPUI5.

• Very good experience with SQL and calculation views.

• Knowledge in development and build technologies like BAS, VisualStudioCode, CI/CD, GitHub.

• Very good programming skills and good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• Write clean, tested, efficient code that fits well with high standards and quality requirements.

• Fluent in English and/or German.

• Ability to work self-motivated with a sense of responsibility towards stakeholders; flexibility and readiness to learn.

• Team player, strong analytical and good communication skills.

Meet your team

The Customer Influence unit is SAPs central unit that collaborates with customers for new SAP solutions before and immediately after they are released to the market. Additionally, the CI unit collects feedback about SAP products and solutions and actively manages Customer Influencing activities such as the SAP Customer Engagement Initiative and the SAP Continuous Influence and few more to enable an outside-in approach for product managers and product owners.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
